Element6 Team Building 2025: A Real Game Starts!
From June 5th to 7th, 2025, our passionate and vibrant team of Element6 embarked on an unforgettable Team Building trip to the peaceful highland city of Bao Loc, Lam Dong Province. With the theme “Play Together, Win Together”, the adventure wasn’t just a break from work, it was a celebration of team spirit, shared experiences, and the energy that drives our everyday creations.
Level 1: Power-Up Mode: Chill Vibes & Local Bites
Our crew arrived in Bao Loc buzzing with excitement. The cool climate, tranquil landscapes, and warm hospitality set the perfect stage for a refreshing retreat. Surrounded by lush green hills and slightly ancient charming town, we immersed ourselves in the unique charm of the city while enjoying delicacies that captured the essence of the local culture.
Whether it was sipping freshly brewed coffee or exploring the city’s serene corners, every moment felt like a well-deserved recharge for our dynamic, youthful team.
Level 2: Team Battle - Quest Accepted at Dambri Falls
One of the most anticipated highlights of the trip was the Team Building session held at the scenic Dambri Waterfall Park. Against the backdrop of nature’s beauty, our team engaged in exciting physical games designed to spark laughter, encourage movement, and strengthen connections.
From quick-thinking strategies to full-on teamwork power plays, we brought our in-game skills to real life – minus the screens, plus a lot more sweat and smiles! It was a morning filled with energy, creativity, and moments that reminded us why we thrive as a team.
Level 3: Bonus Round – Gala Dinner Vibes Only
As the sun set, the team gathered at a cozy local restaurant for a Gala Dinner that brought everyone together for a night to remember. With upbeat music, heartfelt speeches, and warm toasts, we celebrated not just the journey to Bao Loc – but the bigger journey we’ve shared as a team.
There was laughter, applause, and stories that made us feel closer than ever. And while it wasn’t under a starlit sky, the atmosphere sparkled with joy, gratitude, and Element6 vibes through and through.

We also had time to explore local landmarks, collect souvenirs, and take in the scenic beauty one last time before bidding farewell to this peaceful gem of a city.
